Document Required-:

• Adhaar Card
• Pan Card & a photograph of sole proprietor
• Bank statement or a cancelled cheque

DOCUMENT REQUIRED FOR GST REGISTRATION OF PARTNERSHIP DEED

• Adhaar Card, Pan Card & a photograph of all Partners.
• Bank statement or a cancelled cheque
• Place of business is rented then Rent agreement and NOC (No Objection Certificate) from the owner of the Place of business
• If Place of business is own then copy of electricity bill,water bill, property tax Receipt / MuncipalKhata Copy / Landline Bill
• For LLP GST Registration– LLP Pan Card, Registration certificate of LLP, copy of board resolution, Appointment Proof of Authorized signatory,letter of authorization are required.

DOCUMENT REQUIRED FOR HUF GST REGISTRATION

• Pan copy of HUF
• AdhaarCard andPhotograph of Karta
• If Place of business is rented then Rent agreement and NOC (No Objection Certificate) From the owner of the Place of business
• If Place of business is own then copy of electricity bill,water bill, property tax Receipt / Municipal Khata Copy / Landline Bill .
• Bank statement or a cancelled cheque.
